September Classes:

HOW TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY PHYSICAL BODY

A healthy diet and exercise support normal growth, development and ageing.  It also maintains a healthy body weight, and reduces the risk of chronic disease leading to overall health and well-being. In this class, you will learn about healthy eating, what micronutrients are and the effects on the body, how to improve and prevent malnutrition, and engage in proper exercise. Please come in your workout clothes for a light workout after a brief nutrition lesson.   

 

 

 HOW TO HAVE A GOOD FINANCIAL RELATIONSHIP

New Beginnings this is our year to relate, and it’s time that we take a closer look at our relationship with our finances. Do you feel like you can’t get in control of your money, want to have extra money to grow and invest or find financial peace? When you manage the financial resources, God has blessed you with more responsibly you will be able to do so. Come out and join us at NBFC Financial University a 4-week workshop with a certified financial coach using basic money management skills to help you learn to be better stewards over your blessings, build wealth and leave an inheritance as God desires for us to. (Proverbs 13:22).

 

HOW TO HEAR FROM GOD

In this course you will learn that God reaches out to people every day, seeking a partnership with them to offer guidance and love. You will understand the ways in which God delivers His word and the benefits of asking God for the sensitivity to hear His voice.

 

HOW TO STUDY THE BIBLE

Want to learn how to study the Bible? These life-changing, practical approaches to studying the Bible will help you discover the truth of God’s Word for yourself.  This 4-week class will help Bible readers of all levels to begin the process of identifying study tools and how to use them to build their understanding of God’s Word.
